NTE — PlayStation®5 FAQ

Neverness to Everness is launching on April 29, 2026 (UTC+8) on PlayStation®5. We've put together answers to some frequently asked questions about PlayStation™Network (PSN) account linking, cross-platform progress, and more. Cross-Platform Login and Account Linking

Q: I already have game progress on PC or mobile. How can I continue playing on PlayStation®?

A: Before playing on PlayStation®, make sure PWG Email account is linked to your existing game account.

◾On PC or mobile device, go to Settings > User Center and link PWG Email account.

◾Launch NTE on PlayStation® and choose PWG Email as your login method.

◾After logging in successfully, your PSN account will be automatically linked to your game account.

You can then log in with your PSN account on PlayStation® to continue playing the same game account.

Q: I'm a new player. Which login method should I use on PlayStation®?

A: Please choose PSN as your login method.

A new game account will be created automatically and linked to your PSN account. This game account can only be accessed through the linked PSN account.

Q: I created a character using PSN on PlayStation®. How can I play the same character on PC or mobile?

A: On PlayStation®, go to Settings > User Center and link PWG Email account.

You can then use the linked PWG Email account to log in on PC or mobile and access the same game account.

Q: Can I use my Google, Facebook, or other third-party account to log in on PlayStation®?

A: No. PlayStation® currently supports only PSN and PWG Email as login methods.

If you already have a game account that you access through a third-party account on PC or mobile, first link it to PWG Email account. You can then use the PWG Email account to log in on PlayStation®.

Q: Can I unlink my PWG Email account?

A: No. Once a PWG Email account is linked to a game account, it cannot be changed or unlinked.

Q: Can I unlink my PSN account after linking it to my game account?

A: Yes, but each PSN account can be unlinked only once. Before you can unlink your PSN account, you must first link PWG Email account to your game account.

After unlinking, you will no longer be able to access the game account through PSN.  However, you can still log in with the linked PWG Email account and continue playing.

Purchases

Q: I bought a pre-order bundle for the PS5™ version of Neverness to Everness. Which character will receive the bundle?

A: Your pre-order bundle will be delivered after Neverness to Everness officially launches on PlayStation®5. It will go to whichever character is associated with the email linked to your PSN account when you first log in on PS5.

Q: Are items purchased on PC/mobile available on PlayStation®, and vice versa?

A: Yes, as long as your accounts are linked. Purchased items from any platform will show up normally regardless of which device you're playing on.

Trophies & Friends

Q: If I link my PSN account to an existing mobile/PC account, will I unlock the corresponding PlayStation® trophies?

A: Yes. Once your accounts are linked and you log in on PlayStation®, any trophies matching your existing progress will unlock automatically.

Q: How many friends lists will I see on the PS5™ version of Neverness to Everness? What's the difference?

A: You'll see two separate friends lists when playing on PS5™:

1.In-Game Friends: Visible on all platforms. This list shows friends you've added within Neverness to Everness itself.

2.PlayStation™Network Friends: Only visible on PlayStation®. This list shows PSN friends who also play Neverness to Everness and are on the same server as you.
