NTE Official X (Twitter) Event Rules

Before participating the official Neverness To Everness (the "Game") event in X (formerly Twitter) platform (hereinafter referred to as "Event(s)") held and organized by N2E Entertainment Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates (if applicable, hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), please carefully read the following rules (the "Rules").

These Rules are an integral part of, and a supplement to, the Company's Terms of Service, and have the same legal effect as the Terms of Service. Matters not expressly provided for in these Rules shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Terms of Service.

Your participation on the Event on the NTE's official X (formerly Twitter) account (@NTE_GL) will be regarded as an agreement to abide by the following terms cumulatively:

a) the rules applicable to the each Event as published on the NTE's official X (formerly Twitter) account (@NTE_GL) (the "Event Rules");

b) these Rules;

c) the Company's Terms of Use; and

d) the Company's Privacy Policy.

In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the abovementioned terms, the order of precedence will be: (1) the Event Rules; (2) the Rules; and (3) the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Eligibility for the Event

1. Participants must be of the legal age of majority to enter into a contract in the jurisdiction you reside in. Participants who are minors must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before participating, and such permission confirms consent to the collection and use of personal data as set out in these Rules and the Privacy Policy.

2. Participants must meet the requirements specified in the Event Rules as published on the NTE X official account's event posts.

3. Participants must not change their X (formerly Twitter) account username during the Event period he/she participates, as this may prevent us from verifying accounts validity and delivering prizes.

How to Participate

1. Participation methods vary depending on each Event. Please refer to the NTE's X official account for the specific post for details of the Event Rules.

2. Participant's X account must be set to public during the Event period. Participations from private or locked X accounts will be regarded as invalid.

3. Participants must follow the NTE official X (formerly Twitter) account (@NTE_GL) to participate. Unfollowing or deleting posts which are considered as a condition to participate during the Event period he/she participates will invalidate their participation.

4. When an Event requires submission or disclosure of participant's Game UID as a prerequisite for participation, the participant hereby consents to the collection, processing, and (where applicable) publication of participant's Game UID by participating in such event. Such participants Game UID will be solely for Event verification, anti-duplication checks, and in-game reward distribution, and will be processed in compliance with these rules and the Privacy Policy.

5. Each Game UID or X (formerly Twitter) account may only win once per Event to ensure fair reward allocation.

Winner Notification

1. The details of how the winners of an Event to be selected are set out in the Event Rules, which may include the process to be used where any winners are selected at random or, where the winners are selected based on skill, details of criteria used to select winners.

2. Winners of each Event will be notified via direct message (DM) on X (formerly Twitter). Notifications of the winners (the "Winner Notification") will only be sent to the selected winners and will not be publicly announced. Participants must ensure their X accounts are set to receive DMs.

Prize Distribution

1. The details of the prizes are set out in the Event Rules, which may include the in-game rewards and the physical prizes as applicable.

2. The in-game rewards (if applicable) of an Event will be delivered to the winners in the way as stated in the Event Rules. The participants shall make sure to use the correct Game UID to participate the Event and if the issuance of in-game rewards fails due to the participant providing an incorrect Game UID, the Company will not be liable for the failure of delivering the rewards and will not re-issue the rewards.

3. Participants must claim their in-game rewards within the period specified in the Winner  Notification. Failure to do so will be regarded as forfeiting the prize and may result in the prizes to be award to another participant.

4. Some prizes (especially in-game rewards) may only be claimable by players of specific game servers of the Game. For the in-game rewards for an Event (as applicable), such rewards are exclusively available to the winners of an Event who's Game UIDs are identified on the specific servers (i.e. Asia, America, Europe, and SEA) of the Game.

5. Even if you meet the eligibility criteria under the specific Event Rules, but your game server is not within the server pool as designated hereunder, you may still participate in the interactive portion of the Event (e.g., likes, retweets, comments), but you will not able to receive the in-game rewards or other server verified prizes awarded for that Event. You acknowledge and agree to such restrictions, and we shall not be held liable for any claims arising from such restrictions.

6. If there is any physical prizes will be delivered to the winners subject to the applicable Event Rules, the winners need to provide accurate shipping information within the period specified in the Winner Notification. Failure to do so will be regarded as forfeiting such physical prize.

7. Winners for the physical prizes (as applicable) may be required to provide the following information for prize delivery:

- Full name, postal code, address, and phone number

- Other information as needed

8. Physical prizes will not be redelivered if returned due to an incorrect address, absence, or other delivery issues. In such cases, the prizes will be forfeited.

9. Physical prizes will be shipped within a designated period after contacting the winners. However, delays may occur.

10. Physical prizes will be delivered via a courier designated by the Company. Please note that the shipping carrier cannot be specified, and the Company cannot respond to inquiries about shipping status or accommodate specific delivery date requests.

11. Winners of an Event acknowledge and agree that the fair market value of any prize/reward may constitute taxable income under the laws of their tax jurisdiction., and they shall be solely responsible for reporting and paying all federal, state, local, or other taxes and fees (including, without limitation, income tax, value added tax, customs duties) arising from the acceptance and use of any prize. Unless otherwise required by the applicable laws and/or regulations, we shall not withhold or pay any such taxes on behalf of winners of each Event. Winners shall themselves bear all consequences arising from their failure to satisfy any tax obligations, and we shall have no liability in connection therewith.

Important Notes

1. The use of multiple accounts by a single individual to participate in an Event is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, all participating entries will be regarded as invalid.

2. The right to participate is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for real world currency.

3. When participating in an Event, you must comply with all user conduct provisions set forth in our Terms of Service, including but not limited to Section 3 and Section 6 of the Terms of Service.

4. You may upload or submit UGC content (i.e. the "User Content" as defined in the Section 4 of the Terms of Service) when participating in an Event, in such case, you shall be solely responsible for the User Content you post and also represent and warrant that (a) such User Content is accurate and not misleading; and (b) the use and posting of the UGC you supply does not violate any rights of or cause injury to any person or entity. Subject to the Section 4 of the Terms of Service, in regard to any User Content you post for participating in the Event(s), YOU GRANT TO US ALL CONSENTS, CLEARANCES AND A NON-EXCLUSIVE, PERPETUAL, WORLDWIDE, COMPLETE, SUB-LICENSABLE, TRANSFERABLE, ASSIGNABLE, FULLY PAID-UP, ROYALTY-FREE AND IRREVOCABLE LICENSE ON ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS IN OR TO THE USER CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PATENT, TRADEMARK, TRADE SECRET, COPYRIGHT OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL OR PROPRIETARY RIGHT, TO RE-POST, PUBLISH, USE, QUOTE, ADAPT, TRANSLATE, ARCHIVE, STORE, REPRODUCE, MODIFY, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS FROM, SYNDICATE, LICENSE, PRINT, SUBLICENSE, DISTRIBUTE, TRANSMIT, BROADCAST, OTHERWISE COMMUNICATE, PUBLICLY DISPLAY AND PERFORM, DIGITALLY PERFORM, MAKE, HAVE MADE, USE, SELL, OFFER FOR SALE, IMPORT AND/OR OTHERWISE EXPLOIT THE USER CONTENT, OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, FOR ANY PURPOSE WHATSOEVER, COMMERCIAL OR OTHERWISE, IN ANY MANNER OR FORM AND IN ANY MEDIUM OR FORUM, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER DEVISED, WITHOUT NOTICE, ACKNOWLEDGMENT OR ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION TO YOU.

5. If any illegal behavior is discovered during the Events, legal action may be taken.

6. Your User Content posted on X platform in connection with an Event must also comply with the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

7. Any participation through fake Game UID or game account, malicious bulk entries, fraudulent means, or other improper methods will result in disqualification from the Event and forfeiture of any prize.

8. Participants shall bear full responsibility for their participation and any consequences that arise, including the receipt and use of prizes.

9. In the event of a malfunction, error, or policy change on X (formerly Twitter) that prevents events from proceeding as planned, the Company reserves the right to interrupt, modify, or terminate events without giving prior notice. In this case, the Company will not be liable for any damages resulting from such actions, and will process retained personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

10. The Company will not be responsible for any issues caused by the participant's network environment or device.

Processing of Personal Information

1. The Company collects and processes personal information (including X account information, Game UID, full name, address, phone number, etc.) only for the Event administration, winner verification, prize delivery, anti-fraud, and legal compliance. All processing complies with applicable data protection laws and the Company Privacy Policy.

2. The personal information provided by winners may be shared with authorized third-party contractors (including couriers) only to the extent necessary for prize delivery and Event execution. Such third parties are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

3. The Company implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Personal data will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties without your prior explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Authorized third parties will process personal data only for Event-related purposes and will securely delete or destroy such data upon completion of the event and fulfillment of legal retention obligations.

5. You may exercise your data subject rights (including access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable) in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
