Hey, Appraisers! NTE is now officially available on Steam. To help you get the most out of your adventure in Hethereau, we've put together answers to some common questions below:
Q: When NTE launches on Steam, will it be on the latest version?
A: Yes. At launch, the Steam version will stay in sync with the existing PC, mobile, and other versions, so you'll always have access to the latest content.
Q: Does the Steam version support cross-platform data sharing?
A: Yes. The Steam version supports email, Facebook, and Google login. Just sign in with your existing account to carry over your progress.
Q: I've played on mobile or another platform before. Can I sign in to the Steam version with my existing account?
A: Yes. Sign in on Steam with your existing game account (such as your email or Google account), select the correct server, and your data will sync automatically.
*Note: Accounts registered and signed in through different third-party logins are kept separate and don't share data, and each server is independent with no game data shared between them. Please make sure you sign in with the correct account and server.
Q: When I make a purchase in NTE on Steam, which Steam account is used?
A: Payments are charged by default to the Steam account you used to launch the game.
Q: How do I contact support if I run into a bug, an account security issue, or any other problem?
A: In-game feedback: From the main screen, go to Settings > Support Center to submit a ticket and upload your log files directly.
