1. Event Period: 2025-12-23 9:00 am (UTC+8) - 2026-1-23, 11:00 am (UTC+8)

2. Eligibility: Log into or register a PWG game account on the event page and complete preregistration for the game.

3. How to Participate: Log into or register a PWG game account on the event page, complete preregistration or corresponding event quests to qualify for the raffle. Prizes include Co-Ex Test access, Amazon Gift Cards, PlayStation®5 Digital Edition, and more.

4. Event Quest Details:

(1) Quest One: Users who preregister for the game on the event page during this period will receive one draw. Existing preregistrants will be granted an additional draw.

(2) Quest Two: During the event period, users who generate a unique link with the Share button will be given another draw.

(3) Quest Three: During the event period, users can generate an exclusive invitation link from this page to refer friends who have not yet preregistered for the game. Each successful referral resulting in a new preregistration gives one draw. During the event, users can earn a maximum of 15 draws through Quest Three.

(4) Other Quests: During the event period, users can use the quest redirect button located adjacent to the quest interface to follow this game's official accounts on designated social platforms (platform determined by what shows up in the actual redirect). Upon following, users will be granted one extra draw.

5. Event Prizes: During the event period, users who complete the above quests will be granted the amount of draws specified by above, which can be used anytime during the event period. Each user can only win once per reward category. The pool contains the following:

Category 1: Test Access Reward — Co-Ex Test Access x1,000

Category 2: Physical Rewards, including:

(1) PlayStation®5 Digital Edition x5

(2) $50 Amazon Gift Card x10

(3) $20 Amazon Gift Card x50

(4) $10 Amazon Gift Card x100

6. During the event, users must comply with the following code of conduct:

(1) Participant rights cannot be transferred, gifted, sold to others, or exchanged for cash.

(2) To ensure fair operations, we prohibit fraudulent conduct, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, use of unauthorized programs, false declarations, impersonation, or any other actions that compromise system integrity or fairness.

(3) During the event period, publishing harmful content unrelated to event participation is prohibited, including violence, discrimination, pornography, insults or degradation, malicious comparisons, etc.

(4) Actions that infringe on others' rights, defame or slander, or violate public order and morals are prohibited.

(5) Should any illegal activity or violation of these event rules be identified during participation, the company reserves the right to revoke access or pursue legal action.

(6) Participation in this event must comply with the User Agreement visible and accessible during account registration through the event interface. Matters not detailed in these event rules shall be governed by the User Agreement.

7. Prize Distribution:

(1) Co-Ex Test access obtained during the event will be bound to the user's logged-in PWG game account. Once testing begins, users can only participate in game testing through the PWG game account used in this event. The email address used to register the PWG game account will serve as the sole credential for Co-Ex Test access distribution. Please follow official game social media for updates. Test notification emails will be sent to the email address used for PWG account registration.

(2) Physical rewards will be shipped within 120 business days after the event ends. Users who receive physical rewards can press the "Rewards" button on the event page and use the "Fill Out" button in the "Rewards" pop-up to navigate to a form for entering shipping address. Please fill in physical prize shipping address information during the event period. Failure to fill in the information within the specified deadline will be considered as forfeiting. No additional distribution will be provided.

(3) Users who draw Amazon Gift Cards will receive the claim code sent to their associated account email within 120 business days after the event ends. Thank you for your patience.

(4) If prizes are returned due to incorrect addresses, inability to contact recipients, repeated inability to sign for delivery, or other user-related reasons, no re-shipment will be provided and the prize will be revoked.

(5) Prizes will be delivered by logistics companies partnered with our company. Users may not specify the logistics company.

(6) Our company cannot respond to inquiries about shipping status and cannot specify prize delivery dates.

8. Personal Information Protection:

(1) To distribute prizes to users, verify eligibility, and contact users, we will collect and use personal information necessary for event participation and prize distribution (including UID, name, address, phone number, postal code, and region-specific information), and will strictly handle user personal information in accordance with these event rules and the official website's privacy policy.

(2) We will implement appropriate security measures to safeguard personal information and prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or loss.

(3) To provide third-party logistics services for prize delivery, we will provide user names, addresses, phone numbers, postal codes, and other personal information to third-party logistics service providers. We will not disclose user personal information to any other third parties without prior consent.

(4) User personal information may be processed outside their country/region of residence, including but not limited to jurisdictions where we and our service providers are located. We will ensure such cross-border transfers comply with applicable legal requirements and implement appropriate protective measures.

(5) Detailed content regarding personal information processing rules related to this event (including how we protect user information, data retention periods, methods for exercising user rights, etc.) shall be governed by the privacy policy visible and accessible during account registration through the event interface.

9. Other Event Matters and Disclaimer

(1) The winning probability depends on the actual number of participants. Participants cannot specify prize types after winning, and winning qualifications cannot be transferred or traded.

(2) Generally, prizes remain unchanged. However, in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent the shipment of a user's prize, we will contact the affected user individually to arrange a suitable alternative.

(3) Participation in the event constitutes acknowledgment that users have read, understood, and agreed to accept all contents of these rules and comply with all event-related rules. Users shall be responsible for compensation and hold our company harmless from any third-party claims arising from user violations of these rules or the User Agreement.

(4) To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any event interruptions, loss of data, or inability to participate arising from network or equipment failures, power outages, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. Furthermore, we disclaim all express and implied warranties regarding prize suitability, fitness for specific purposes, or defects, except where caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Definitions and Interpretation

(1) As used in these event rules, "PWG Game Account" means an account validly created by a user in accordance with the User Agreement made available during registration via the event interface; and consistent with any instructions, guidance, and options displayed within the game interface during the registration process.

(2) We reserve the right, within the scope permitted by law, to modify, suspend, or terminate this event or any part thereof at any time for any reason (including but not limited to technical errors, fraud, or administrative needs), and may provide notice through event page announcements or other means.
