Twitch Drops is an event where you can earn in-game rewards just by watching Twitch live streams. To participate in Twitch Drops, you simply need to link your PWG game account and Twitch account.
After activating Twitch Drops, you can participate in the event by watching any streams in the Neverness To Everness category. You can confirm all information about event activation and rewards "here."
You can check participated Twitch Drops events on the Twitch Drops page, and confirm all ongoing events and participated channels in your Twitch Inventory.
Rewards will be sent to your in-game mailbox within 24 hours after you claim them.
*You must unlock the in-game mailbox before you can receive rewards.
*Mail messages are valid for 60 days. Be sure to claim your rewards in time.
No. One Twitch account can only be linked to one PWG game account. The same PWG game account can only receive the same reward once, and the same Twitch account can only receive the same type of reward once.
No. Switching or unlinking accounts is not supported for this Drops event.
*For example: If you initially linked Account A and watched the stream, then logged out and logged back in with Account B, rewards will still be sent automatically to Account A, not the currently logged-in Account B.
If you've watched the stream but haven't received your rewards, please check the following:
- Make sure the Twitch account you used to watch the stream is linked to your NTE game account.
- Make sure the linked game account matches the character you're currently playing.
*You can view this under "Select Server/Character" on the account linking screen.
- Make sure you clicked "Claim Now" under [Drops & Rewards] on Twitch.
- Make sure the NTE stream you watched had Drops enabled.
*Check "Drops & Rewards" to see whether you've met the reward requirements and to view your current progress.[View Now]
